You - Customers of OSRS.Mobi Inc.
Services - Any service sold by The Company. Includes transferring in-game items to Your in-game character.
OSRS.Mobi Inc. (hereby referred to as "The Company") has no affiliation with JaGeX Ltd. or its parent companies. Registered Names and Trademarks are the copyright and property of their respective owners. RuneScape is a registered trademark of of JaGeX Limited 1999-2017, Jagex Ltd.
Every effort is made to keep the site free from malware (computer viruses, spyware, etc.), however, OSRS.Mobi cannot guarantee that its website is free from malware.
All game content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations are owned by the game publisher or its licensors and protected by United States and international copyright laws.
2. ACCOUNT RISK
Buying in-game services for real money is against the terms and conditions for most online games. Your account may be subject to termination by the game operators when you breach their terms. The Company is not liable for any actions taken against Your account following a transaction. The Company will not reimburse any items / services which have been terminated following a transaction.
3. LOST / STOLEN ITEMS
You are responsible for any unauthorized access to Your in-game accounts at all times. The Company will not replace delivered products or services which have been lost or stolen, for any reason. Once the service has been completed by The Company, The Company is relieved of all responsibility. This includes services which have been partially delivered.
Refunds may be requested prior to delivery of the products or services by The Company. Refunds are only available as credit towards future purchases. Cash refunds are only granted in cases in which The Company decides that the order cannot be completed, for whatever reason. Refunds will not be granted in any circumstance after the product or service has been delivered by The Company.
5. IDENTITY VERIFICATION
The Company may require more information following Your payment to properly determine that the payment has been authorized by You. Extra verification may include:
- Phone call to a contracted phone number
- Text message to a contracted phone number
- Paypal transactions history
- Government-Issued Photo ID
- Payment History
These identity verification methods help The Company in preventing fraud. Failure to comply with The Company's request may result in 24 hour payment seizure and/or a refund of your payment. The Company reserves the right to refuse business to You if you do not complete the requested identity verification.
The Company seeks to eliminate fraud through identity verification procedures. In the circumstance that Your payment is reversed following a completed order by The Company, The Company reserves the right to deduct the reversed amount from future orders made by You. The Company reserves the right to seek repayment for all reversed transactions for which the services have already been completed.
The Company reserves the right to submit your full information to authorities and payment processors following a reversed payment. The Company also reserves the right to share your name and payment information with other merchants following a reversal.
7. DELIVERY DISPUTES
If You believe the delivery of your products or services were not properly completed by The Company, then you must notify us immediately through our Live Support system, or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will investigate your claim and respond as soon as possible.
The use of the Paypal Resolution Centre to file a non-receipt dispute on the payment is prohibited for virtual goods transactions. All buyers forfeit their right to buyer protection provided by third party payment processors, due to the inability of payment processors' to determine the delivery status of virtual goods / services. Any dispute placed on an order for virtual goods / services is in violation of our terms and services and is invalid.
For deliveries on Steam, we use our Trade History to confirm delivery. If the trade is completed on our Trade History, then that means it is posted to Steam's servers and is completed. We will not be able to assist further on complaints where a buyer claims they did not receive a Steam trade, which is marked as completed to the buyer on our Trade History.
All copyrights and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. The Company claims no affiliation with Jagex Ltd., Runescape, Valve, or other game publisher.
The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of the Company and is protected by domestic and international copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of the Company or its software suppliers and is protected by domestic and international copyright laws.
Upon request, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless The Company and our affiliates, contractors, vendors, and content providers from all liabilities, claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, that arise from or relate to a breach of these Terms & Conditions for which you are responsible or in connection with your distribution of any content on or through OSRS.Mobi services.
You agree that these Terms and Conditions are not intended to confer any rights or remedies upon any person other than the parties to these Terms. You also understand and agree that this Terms & Conditions and the Supplemental Terms incorporated into this Terms of Service, including enforcement of those policies, are not intended to confer, and do not confer, any rights or remedies upon any person.
If any part of this Terms & Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of The Company, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
The failure of The Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Terms & Conditions will not constitute waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of this Terms & Conditions will be effective only if in a writing signed by OSRS.Mobi.
